Clubhouse PSR
Interested in Community Integration and socialization and spending time with people?
The activities of the psychosocial rehabilitation program focus on— Development of behaviors and abilities that will allow the consumer to return to activities appropriate to his/her age and based on the client’s assessed needs; Development of behaviors and abilities that will allow the client to fully participate in community living; Establishment and improvement of an individual’s desire or motivation to maximize independence; Development of a personal support system; and Provision of meaningful activity which is appropriate to the age and level of functioning and interest of the client. Through recovery services that promote physical and mental wellness, well-being, self-direction, personal empowerment, respect, and responsibility in individual and group settings.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Clubhouse (PSR) is available for consumers of our program typically, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm. Transportation is provided. PSR activities are sometimes altered to incorporate different activities outside of these days and times. Consumers who attend PSR are provided a free lunch daily between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm.
To be eligible to attend the PSR Clubhouse a person must have met the admission criteria for the CPRC program. Once a person has been admitted into the program, it will be identified within that consumer’s treatment plan the number of days a week that person would be eligible to attend. Space is limited, so a consumer may be placed on a waiting list before being allowed to attend.
